Her key achievements include establishing a high-performing outbound sales department, expanding the company’s LATAM division to more than 300 employees across 13 delivery locations and leading a marketing transformation that increased lead generation by 25%. She also launched an internal AI challenge that engaged 65% of the company, resulting in significant advancements in AI-driven development and business processes.
Beyond her corporate success, Mueller is a dedicated mentor and advocate for Women in Technology. She actively supports IT Girls, a foundation focused on empowering young women in STEM, and volunteers as a mentor within her organization and community.
