Atlanta, April 10, 2025 – Quiana Pinckney, Comcast Central Division Vice President of Division Communications, was named a 2025 Trailblazer by News & Talk 1380 WAOK during the prestigious annual Trailblazers Awards celebration in Atlanta. The event, hosted by the radio show On Point with Juandolyn Stokes, honored exceptional women who are breaking barriers, making significant contributions to their fields, and inspiring the next generation through purpose-driven leadership.

As the leader of public relations, employee communications, and creative services for Comcast’s largest division, Pinckney brings over 20 years of experience in corporate communications. Her expertise encompasses crisis management, storytelling, and the development of strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement. “Leadership is not simply about holding a title; it’s about embracing purpose, executing with clarity, and achieving tangible results,” said Pinckney. “People are inspired not just by plans, but by leaders who demonstrate passion and deliver meaningful impact.”

The Trailblazers Awards at WAOK studio recognized the accomplishments of outstanding women across various sectors, including education, law, business, and media. Pinckney, a dynamic voice in communications, received the honor for her dedication to mentorship and her efforts in advancing Comcast’s mission to enhance digital literacy. She was honored alongside other notable Atlanta trailblazers, such as former Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice, president of Morehouse School of Medicine, and Judge Glenda Hatchett, TV personality and lawyer. Pinckney also serves on the Board of Directors for 21st Century Leaders, Inc., an organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping Georgia’s next generation of leaders. Passionate about empowering youth and fostering the next wave of innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs, she actively promotes leadership development through hands-on learning experiences. Recently promoted to her current role, Pinckney previously served as Vice President of Employee Communications for Comcast’s Central Division, where she transformed key employee communication initiatives. Additionally, she is engaged in various community and charitable organizations, serving as a board member of the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
